About Us

SpEd Advocacy Group was founded by Lindsay Vose, a dedicated special education advocate with a background in law and over 15 years of experience supporting families through the IEP and 504 process.

Lindsay brings both deep expertise and a compassionate, individualized approach to helping students receive the services and supports they deserve.

We know that navigating the special education system can feel overwhelming—especially when you're trying to do it alone. That’s why we’re here: to help parents feel informed, confident, and empowered to advocate for their child’s unique needs.

What We Offer

Our team combines legal training with a parent-centered perspective to offer:

  • Expert guidance through IEP and 504 evaluations

  • Support during meetings with school districts

  • Strategic collaboration to secure appropriate services and placements

Whether you're attending your very first IEP meeting or facing ongoing challenges with your child's school, we tailor our support to meet your family’s specific goals.

Our Mission

Our mission is to reduce the stress, remove the guesswork, and ensure that every child has the opportunity to thrive.

We work with families across Southern California and remotely—always with the same goal: empowering families and protecting student rights with clarity, compassion, and strength.
