Packages

Records Review & Strategy Session: $395

Review of your child's IEP or 504 plan, assessments, and school records. A 60-minute video call to walk through what I found. A written summary of key concerns and questions to raise.
Best for families who want a clear picture before deciding next steps.

Meeting Prep: $650

Everything in Records Review, plus help drafting your written requests and a prep call before your meeting.
Best for parents who will attend the meeting themselves but want to go in prepared.

Full Meeting Support: $1,250

Everything in Meeting Prep, plus I attend your meeting with you (in person or by video) and help with follow-up afterward. Includes up to 3 hours of meeting time.
Best for complex situations, new plans, or meetings where you expect disagreement.

Ongoing Support: $595/month

Up to 4 hours of support per month, including meetings, prep, and email support. 3-month minimum.
Best for families with ongoing needs or frequent meetings.

Full School Year Support: $2,750

Records review, prep and attendance for up to 3 meetings, and email support from August through June.
Best for families who know they'll need support all year and want one predictable price.

Single services

Consultation Call: $150

A 60-minute video call to talk through your situation and next steps (no records review).

Meeting Debrief Call: $125

A 45-minute call after your meeting to review what the school offered and plan your next step.

Assessment Request Letter: $75

A written request asking the district to evaluate your child in areas of concern.

Parent Concerns Letter: $150

A clear written statement of your concerns and requests to share with the team before your meeting.

Draft IEP Review: $195

Written notes on a draft IEP or 504 plan before you sign, returned within 3 business days.

Records Request Letter: FREE

Also available

• Additional hours: $150 per hour (long meetings, extra letters, extra calls)

• Parent workshops: from $350 per session for parent groups and organizations

• Sliding scale: 25% or 50% off packages for families who qualify

Payment is due before work begins. Meetings rescheduled by the school are moved at no charge.
